As a Hyde Park newborn photographer, it is always an honor to be chosen to document such a special time in a family’s story…welcoming their newborn baby. Although our timeline was a little different than most (given John and Julia’s exciting out of town birth story), John Henry’s in-home newborn session was as sweet as ever! Their stunning Hyde Park home and beautifully decorated nursery were the perfect backdrop to document these sweet first memories as a family of three. Or should I say five (fur babies included)!
Julia chose to wear a Nothing Fits But dress from the EGP closet. The soft florals and light blue colors complimented their home and nursery colors beautifully! Learn more about my stress free photography experience and client closet, here.
Without further ado, please enjoy some of my favorite images from their in home newborn session by Ellen Grace Photographer | Hyde Park Newborn Photography.
John’s nursery was inspired by everyone’s favorite bear…Pooh! He’s in good company with all of the friends from the Hundred Acre Wood. The stuffed Pooh Bear you see in his crib belonged to his mother when she was little. Such a special detail!
Of course, no session is complete without gorgeous custom artwork! Following our session, we had a viewing and ordering appointment where we chose what heirloom artwork their digital images will turn into. Between fine art albums, matted prints, and custom gallery walls…they couldn’t go wrong. All of the artwork is 100% custom designed and the best part is, they don’t have to lift a finger!
John and Julia chose a beautiful gallery wall and heirloom album.
